Peace Center of Connecticut’s 3rd Annual Peace Flag Raising at City Hall in Hartford CT. In partnership with the City of Hartford we are honoring International Peace Month and raising the Peace Center of Connecticut Peace Flag.
This is a moment to make a statement that Peace Lives in our state to the world.
