The Peace Center of Connecticut working in partnership with the Connecticut Office of Arts and with several members of the Hartford CT community created a campaign and made a promise to the youth in Our Community. The #OurPromise Public Service Announcement is aimed and informing youth that we are here for them and want to help if and when they need us.
